· Inform our overseas agent to contact vendors and to arrange pick ups if required.
· Provide On Hand and Pre-alert reports to consignee respectively upon cargoes are
· Provide On Hand and Pre-alert reports to consignee respectively upon cargoes are received from vendors and when the goods are uplifted.
· Arrange marine insurance if required.
· Monitor the shipment on route.
· Inform the arrival of goods to consignee and their appointed customs brokers.
· Arrange customs clearance on behalf of consignee if required.
· Attend to customs examination on behalf of consignee.
· Arrange delivery to consignee door if required.
· Collect freightage, C.O.D. and/or other related charges on behalf of the shipper or our overseas agents if required.
· Long term storage until needed.
· Provide distribution, pick and pack services if required.
· Provide P.O.D. to our overseas agents upon the shipment is cleared.
